The areas open to improvement are determined according to the results of performance
evaluation and the supplier firm is asked to realize improvements. If the low performance
continues, the supplier’s quota is reduced or the supplier is decommissioned.
Quality performance results of our current suppliers are shared with them every
month on our supplier portal.
